Account Information: Name, email address, company name, password (hashed)
Billing Information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe or Airwallex (we do not store full card numbers)
Usage Data: Actions taken within the platform, credit consumption, feature usage
Lead Data: Business information you scrape or import (stored in your account)
Email Data: Email account credentials you connect (encrypted), email content you compose, tracking data (opens, clicks)
Integration Data: API keys and tokens for third-party services you connect (Twilio, ElevenLabs, GoHighLevel, Netlify)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service
To process your transactions and manage your credits
To send transactional emails (account notifications, receipts)
To improve the Service and develop new features
To provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL on Neon). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Email account passwords are encrypted before storage. We implement JWT-based authentication for API access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe, Airwallex), hosting providers (Netlify, Neon), and integration partners only as necessary to provide the Service
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data
Export your lead data (CSV export available in the platform)
Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies

We use localStorage for session management (authentication tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Our live chat widget (Tawk.to) may set its own cookies per their privacy policy.

7. Third-Party Services

When you connect third-party services (Twilio, ElevenLabs, GoHighLevel, Netlify), your data may be processed by those services under their respective privacy policies. We store your API keys/tokens securely to facilitate these integrations.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Credit transaction history may be retained for billing/audit purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
